Send me the source image for your sig. I've got an idea, but it will require a much higher resolution image.

Blindy thought about the meaning of life:
only way to do that would be to double the frame count and go backwards from 11 to 1 to reverse the size change on the frames, or to frame by frame remove the background and replace it with a different image.
The fact you just rattled off how to do that is staggering heh.

Loosely translated, Iulius Czar says "Kill the whales":
Is there a way to make animated gifs using Photoshop? If not, what do you all use?
Follow along at home with these easy step by step instructions!
1) Every frame of the animation needs to be on it's own layer in photoshop.
2) hit ctrl-shift-M to jump to image ready
3) on the animation tool, add frames until you have one for every frame you need in the animation.
4) on each frame, use the layers tool to hide the layers that are not the one you want to show.
5) set durations for each frame
6) go to file-> save optimized as
7) ...
8) profit!

I just have a question for you, Blindy. I'm messing around with mine in an effort to expand my skill. Starting with the bandana thingy by making it blow in the wind first. Its looking pretty good but the gif hesitates when it finishes going through the cycle. Really kills it from looking natural. How do I fix this?
Is your last frame the same as your first frame?
