There's a patch for an ASN.1 vulnerability that allows remote code execution under the SYSTEM account. Any exposed encrypted service is vulnerable, possibly even Remote Desktop and maybe even outgoing HTTPS connections. A Blaster-liek worm is expected to show up within the next week or so.

RD is disabled, has been for a while.
Outgoing HTTPS connection I'd actually expect. Right now the only exploit available is a remote crash, but yeah.. there will be changes to that. Hell, I'm still cleaning up customers shit from Blaster, MyDoom and Doomjuice...
