For those out there who have yet to see this anime because you are to lazy to download the series, here's a little site I found that has the Naruto episodes 1-21.
All the episodes are streaming so of course you need braodband. They are really good quality so you can just right click then go to zoom and full screen and they still look great.

Its set in a Japan of the past for the most part, but with occasional futurish things (Bowls of Instant Ramen, Construction Cranes, etc). Taijitsu is all about combat techniques. Punches, kicks, speed, throws, etc. They can get really extreme in some cases like Rock Lee who can move so fast from training only in Taijitsu that it looks like he is teleporting around some times.
Genjitsu is illusion techniques. It can include making the person think they are seeing something else, putting them to sleep, etc.
Ninjitsu are Stealth Techniques but encompass alot. Some Ninjitsu techniques include breathing out fire, disappearing at the last second and leaving a log in your place before a hit, creating clones of yourself, summoning demons and spirits, temporary transforming your image into that of another (Naruto loves to change himself into a naked teenage girl and cause all the adult men to get nose bleeds, distracted.)
It's good when they do actual missions.. the tournaments wear on you after a while

I'm waiting for the next couple mangas (#204-??) right now. Naruto is going against a real badarse and just started fighting him And hopefully this will lead up soon to the Naruto vs Sasuke fight I've been hoping for. ^.^
I've got a lot on that list lately though. Been downloading tons via streamload.

Well, that's with hindsight.. At the start you still don't know what he'll do with it.. Who knows, he might go nuts and kill everyone (I know, not likely but you see my point)
I tend to try go by the principle of 'better safe than sorry', you don't know how you affect someone else's enjoyment even with little spoilers

Yep, both Manga and Anime is still going. It started back in 2000. Manga has been around over 3 years now. Anime is up to 69 which is around Chapters 120 or so in the manga. Manga is up to Chapter 203 last week and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. Very popular in Japan right now, I think its the highest ranked anime series currently running.
