The series is worth a watch if you are bored. It's not really good.... but bad enough to make you laugh. Think of DBZ, but always takes itself seriously, complete with impossible over the top martial arts moves. Being always serious just makes it funnier. It's on sometimes on one of the showtime channels.
One I also found bad was Getter Robo. Can't put my finger on any one part of it that made it suck for me, just seemed bad. Actually, Gekigengar from Nadesico seemed VERY similar to it.

And, having read the Dreamwave comic adaption of the Transformers story, I could see where a live action Transformers movie might not suck, but I'm not betting the farm on it. For one thing, they won't have any of the right voices.

The problem with Aeon Flux is that the story made no sense most of the time. It was like reading a book, but hopping from chapter 1 to chapter 28 then to chapter 3 then chapter 7 etc etc

Don't get me wrong. The art and theme I loved about Aeon Flux, it was just that most of the time I didn't know what the heck was going on in the series.

X was quite slow, and I had to watch it once while fallign asleep during it. Then resorted to watching it in 15 minute clumps to actually finish it(still subpar)
DBZ isnt that bad if you watch it subbed, dubbed is crap:/
