I've seen part of it.
The female character spent half the show with a glow coming out of her ass. No, really.
But my vote for worst anime I've ever seen is Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer. I couldn't tell if VFG was trying to be serious or if it was some horribly-executed parody. A small list of contents that can be found in it:
- Gratuitous male and female fan service.
- Kinda-sorta tentacle rape.
- Incest
- Yaoi overtones between the two male protagonists.
And the fact that they somehow manage to make the first two just embarrasing to watch speaks well for just how awful the whole thing is.
That or DBZ.
Although I particularly dislike Revolutionary Girl Utena's movie. UGH.........
Dragon Ball Z after the first 20 episodes. Once you've seen the first 20, you've seen all 400+. There is no variation no matter how much you try to argue. Villian X arrives. Heros A, B, C and D fight Villian X and arent strong enough. Heros Train. Through some way or another either A, B, C or D or a combination of them beat Villian and then the cycle continues.
The new AD Police is also pretty bad. Gestalt was bad but had good artwork. Speed racer was really uninteresting too.

If you cant argue it, whats the points of these threads? I've only seen up to the first 40, but Their has to be some variation of their wouldnt be so many fans

AER YUO ENSAENE?!11!!?/ Akira is one of the best freaking anime titles of all time! Sure, it may not be the most suited for the kids, but it actually has a plot amidst all the explosions and psychic destruction. You're right about DBZ though. I think it's relatively poorly drawn, and it drags out forever. They could have shortened the entire saga by fifteen hours had they cut out all the macho posturing and staring at each other for hours on end.
They made the ambiguously gay duo look straight. I mean it was soo obvious from the start* I mean the go swimming together naked WHAT THE FUCK IS UP WITH THAT!!!* If anybody comes across this series, burning the tapes to ashes and then pour the ashes down a burning toliet with a bomb attached.

I really have to disagree. Akira, while not the worst anime movie of all time, is by far from the best. Compared to its manga the movie is pretty horrible. There's so much the movie skips over, convolutes, or compresses. I'd really recommend you read the manga, and then reform your opinion about the movie. It will change, trust me.

DBZ is bad, but not the worst.
And whoever said Utena was bad...you should rewatch it I think. I haven't heard ANYONE say Utena was bad. Ever.

This makes Janus a happy camper.i thoguth the ff5 one wasnt that bad, it really wasnt good, but it wasnt awfull, the main charectters bombs where awsome, the chocobo summon was kinda cool, other than tha i t was really mediocre
ffu on the other hand kinda anoyes me, but i can realy say its bad, but tis aimed at a younge audioence and lacks all the things that made the ffs graet.
And the absolute worst I've seen..

I have to agree, though, DBZ is just lucky there is Street Fighter V to take the cake for shittiest anime.
