Post Icons
Post icons should be 65x20 pixels, with a 1 pixel black border, and in GIF format. They should contain a clear, easy to read post topic text. The rest is up to you. The following topic icons are needed, along with any others you dream up: General (the current is just a placeholder), Review, Question, and Hentai.
Moderators
Moderators should have a strong interest in anime and have been contibutors to the main EC board for a while with an account in good standing. I haven't decided whether anime forum moderators will be anonymous yet or not.
Header Graphic
The forum needs a header graphic. The background for the image is HTML color #003333, and the size should be close to the current header image, though it doesn't need to be exactly the same size.
If this post disgust or frightens you bring it back for a full refund.
In all seriousness, I am quite the anime fan, though I am by no means totally obsessed. I think my account's in reasonably good standing. Pick whoever you think's best, Drys.
Tier's will prolly be better, though. He r l33t photoshopper-type.

Yeah, alright. But how would we go about this?
