I love fliping the guy up on to the top of the cab, if you have no ramp, truck at full speed, and now windsheild with him in postion 1 he will flip uot, hit the front of the truck and flip up

Without a windshield, it's possible to fling him out of the cab, rebound off the wall, and then catch him in midair.

I've also used the top of the truck like a tennis racket to pop him over the wall.

something like 60k.

My top score was using Vorago's method.. 120k at the mo. But the beheading is cooler!
