I asked about that when I went to get my new phone.

ANY incoming call to a cell phone is taken from your cell phone minutes, and the person calling is charged.

IF you have free nights and weekends, and the person calls you in your "free" window, you arent charged but they are still (by their phone company)

If you call someone's regular phone, only you are charged.
