The mission objects are really fun in ET. Take for instance, Gold Rush. Gold Rush has the Allies trying to first storm a courtyard with a broken tank in it that the Axis try and defend. Once the Allies repair the tank, they take over the courtyard for their spawn. Then they must move the tank (by standing close to it or in the gun turret on the top) down winding streets, over and under a bridge till they get to a large courtyard before a bank and use the tank to blow up the door to the bank. Along the tank's path, the Axis forces can construct two tank barricades that have to be blown up with 30 second delay Dynamite bombs created by Engineers. Once the tank gets to the bank and blows up the door, the Allies have to storm the bank and steal two crates of gold and take them to a truck waiting outside. The Truck can be broken and fixed like the tank, and along the path the truck has to take, there are two truck barricades too. The Allies try to get the gold on the truck to a gate leading out of town. If they do so, they win the mission, if they don't Axis wins.

I agree with that...
Being primarily a sniper, since I'm not much good at anything else, once a map has been abused to all hell, and every spot is known, it pretty much just boils down to who see's who first, or who is in position first, and everything is known.. So not much variety left.
Haven't heard any word on any new maps yet though...
