The only person you listed who happens to be an officer (And can invite) is Led.
Besides, if you want to get prepared beforehand, set up your mic (And headphones, preferably) and download Teamspeak from www.teamspeak.org
Then go Here and follow the instructions. You'll have to PM agro or Padin to set up your TS account, most likely.
Oh, and don't forget to join the outfit BEFORE you do any training. More outfit points for ya that way.

I play fine in all cases excluding the rare, enormous "oh my god, why the fuck is everyone on the server HERE?" battles, and my computer and connection aren't impressive... My video settings are even set pretty high (And my massive clip plane helps me snipe)
