Costa Rica! Sandy Beaches....Rain Forest....Pacific Coast kicks much ass compared to Atlantic. Also nice are New Zealand, Fiji, Tahiti.

Forgive my humble intrusion in to this thread Gydfather, but I voted Ireland before I even saw the post or results. Going to see a country with the significant other is a totally different thing then going with the family. Besides you can not go wrong with sleeping in a nice big cold castleĀ… More opportunities to snuggle!

Tropical vacation. Period. That way, you get to visit say, the Virgin Islands, and later on Ireland. Best of both worlds, right? Sides, the opportunities you'll have to take a vacation like that are very limited, so go someplace warm, with lots of sand, clear water, drinks with umbrellas in them, and natives confused by your tam.

Hmm, I know I like it when girls run their hands through my hair. Mrrrrr. It really depends on how you compromise on it, ie, can wear it inside but not to the beach.

see.. if you are gonna do the whole beach thing.. i would say take a cruise that stops at 5 or 6 differant beaches and destinations along the way.
they have some awesome stuff that only Cruises can do and think about it as being your first "adventure" with eachother
ehehe
