Image 1: The ground on which she is laying is polygonal, and a seperate skinned model. Thefore it would overlap the boob poly's behind it. In that image however, they do not, as the line is sharp, but they very far edge, the one that cuts off as the lip of the boob sticking out is actually slightly below the plane of the ground poly model.
Image 2: Her right left boob (Right one as you are looking at it) bubbles out beyond the poly model in a slight hump up near the top. Also it cuts back in with one to many sharp jaggies which shouldn't be the case with a rounded poly like that. More akin to a lasso tool cut.
Image 3: There is a slight off discoloration in the groin area on her inner left thing (Right as you are looking at it) that does not match up with the rest of the model, and has a couple of off strokes as in a smudge effect into a lasso cut. Also the left boob ( Right, as you are looking at it) is suffering from a blur effect as it blends into the rock wall behind her.
Again I could be wrong, but thats just my assumption. Besides, unless it was officially released, which I don't see Tecmo doing (Again I could be wrong) then it kinda breaches the security of an integrated hardrive and lessens the reliability, since it cannot be replaced on an XBox, if it becomes corrupt you are screwed. Seems to me MS would take special measures to avoid that from happening, specially by third party interference. They've already suffered hack attempts against the XBox as it is. NOt what I meant by photoshoped. I meant more there are some semi-conspicuous features that related to lasso use, and pasting with thier layers being off as in the first and second ones, and other nuances like that.
I checked some DoAXBV forums and there DOES appear to be a nude patch you can use, BUT there are a couple of big provisos. First, you have to have an X-Box with a mod chip in it. Second, you have to have Evo-X (X-Box ftp program loaded on your machine.

You give the cracking community way too little credit. There's a bunch of chips out there that I think either have a switch to enable/disable them, or are undetectable by X-Box Live
