For luggage does it really matter?

All you're trying to stop is the 10 second grab and run punks from opening your shit while you're not looking.

Given any decent amount of time most luggage locks will yield to a forcibly wielded leatherman =)

for things like online forums, throwaway hotmail accounts, and signing up for anything non-essential, i use one of my "stock" passwords. These are 3 passwords that i've been using for years, and i only ever use them if what i'm using it on doesn't really matter...

however, for something important, like my school server password, my password for my personal pc, or my webspace, i use a randomly generated strong password. I use a little exe that i wrote years ago that takes a number for the length, and returns a random string composed of capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.

Then that's my password.

Bite me.

No, Really. Bite me.

Even difficult text passwords like: Notwofivedogmom arent that secure.

To have the most secure password, you need to mix letters (upper and lower case), numbers and symbols.

For example: j7$A4^y1@
Hard to remember, but mine is just a pattern!

Forgot one part!

*Agree with The Burger*

I have 4 stock passwords (found out the hard way a new password for every account is a bad thing... places don't always like you "trying" 15ish passwords to figure out which one you used this time) and otherwise, I make up a few new ones with cap/lowercase and numbers for important situations.
