Im just not up for constantly failing even more, if you will.

I did some ribeye steaks this last weekend.

Good stuff. Marinated well.... homemade BBQ sauce.... grilled slowly... Unfortunately they were well done since I'm outvoted on that aspect, but they were still tasty.

Next sunday is supposed to be NY Strip steaks... I'm not all that fond of them, but I didn't buy these so I'll have to cook what I have to work with.
