Yeah I have fireworks...thought I had it worked out...scale it down frame by frame, but the overall .gif was still registering at the original size for some reason.

You dont need to scale it down frame by frame, and if you do you needto go up and have it fit imag size again.

Go up to one of the drop down menus, there should be a way to get a box that just shrineks the whole thing.

If you could
1. Wait for me to get back to school when break is over
2. Post a screenshot of the menu bar
Then I can tell you exactluy waht to do
