The other thing I just do for no apparent reason is to try and make as little noise as possible when moving.
And if I do.. I never noticed them.
Sometimes I think I don't laugh enough. Or that I'm jaded.
-Damn good fighter. I can hit pretty hard, too, in a real fight... Weird, as I'm skinny as hell (138-140lbs, almost 6' tall)
-Always thinking. The conscious part of my brain is NEVER idle, and if it is, it won't be for more than 3 seconds.
-Weird memory. I can remember something I did when I was 4 years old. I can't remember if I had a test on Friday.
-Cautious. I'm always watching my back (and front, and sides, and above, below, etc) and I don't really know why. Maybe in case of a sudden ninja attack? 
It's gotten to the point where I'm regarded as paranoid.
-Ranting & Rambling. Again, it speaks for itself.
-Several other smaller things that don't come to mind at the moment.
Lots of people say I'm the weirdest guy they've ever met.
I have a thing about my friend's hair. If i'm with any close friends or boyfriends I'll mess around and play with their hair. My best friend hates it but my ex used to love it. I'm not sure where that came from though...

#2: I don't make much noise when I walk. This is a habit I developed at home, but it carries over wherever I am.
#3: Though I'm not typically patient, I have a habit of not trying to get someone's attention if they're in the middle of a conversation. Instead, I stand next to them or behind them (in front of them is typically occupied) until their conversation ends, or until they notice I'm there. This makes a lot of people jump in surprise when, after a few minutes, they notice someone standing quietly behind them.
#4: When there's something I'm trying to accomplish, I get rather obsessive. This one should need no elaboration, as I'm sure many people here at EC can verify it first hand.

Just remembered a bunch of my little 'quirks'.. I mess with my friends' hair, and I also have a tendancy to cling to them. If one of them is near me, I'll take their arm or their hand and hold it and stay close to them. Doesn't bother any of them though, really. 
I'm very overprotective of anyone I love, too. If someone makes a remark I think is snide to a friend of mine, I'll stand next to them and growl at the person until they get freaked out and go away. Someone makes a likewise remark to a CLOSE friend or family member of mine, I hurt them.
And I'm also very, very blunt with my friends. To the point of 'meanness'. If I don't like/approve of something they've done, or said, then I tell them outright and make no attempt to spare their feelings.. But no one who knows me gets offended, because they know it's just how I am.
Also, if two of my friends are fighting for whatever reason, I immediately take neutral ground, smack them both upside the heads (literally), and tell them that they're being idiots and should make up at once. It usually works, too.

I dunno if this counts but I never wear anything more than a tshirt and normal pants. Even when it's freezing outside. I'm pretty tolerant to cold, so people think I'm weird cuz I'm never cold when they are.

I'll usually cover my mouth with my hand when not actively talking to someone. While doing this, people have told me to "stop looking at me like that." I guess they think I'm considering unpleasant things to do to them.
As Ford mentioned, I seem to have no sense of presence and can walk right up to people who are slightly distracted and then startle them when they notice me.
When I'm wearing my contacts, I'll reach up to adjust my glasses out of habit and hit my eye. This is frustrating.
When I lay down on my side to sleep, whichever foot is on the bottom wags at the ankle like a dog's tail til I fall asleep. I don't know why, and if I turn over it does the same thing.
Sometimes I'll go verrrrrry verrrrrrry still. Sort of like zoning out, but the brain is still working, body just stops. It's like a computer; processor's still working on your program, but all you see is the screen saver.
I talk to my pet bamboo plant. Its name is Lunch.
Hmm...Lyinar quirks?
She doesn't like being seen first thing in the morning if she hasn't had time to look herself over and do whatever (not always makeup, but she's like a cat that likes to primp itself).
She stretches (again, like a cat) wherever. This hypnotizes me.
She likes having her toes popped. I constantly worry that I'm going to exert too much pressure and break her toe or something, but it hasn't happened yet. She also enjoys foot rubs.
She shaves her legs without shaving cream, then asks me to feel them to make sure she got everywhere. Conversely, if we haven't seen each other in a while, she lets her leg hair grow and is proud of calling herself "Gorilla Girl"
I'll think of more later if she doesn't smite me for these.
