I found mine while searching Angel Sanctuary (an anime) sites for cool angel pictures. I really liked the picture and it fit the pic size. I decided to ignore the fact that it's actually a girl (granted a demon girl, but *shrug*)

Usually, it's Pirotess from the anime Record of Lodoss War, simply because she's a Dark Elf, and Lashanna's a Dark Elf, and I think she kicks arse.
My original sigpic was Lucita, the Lasombra Childe of Cardinal Moncada, from the Lasombra Clan Novel, in the Vampire: The Masquerade Clan Novel series.
Shortly thereafter, it was changed to Pirotess from the video box cover of the 4th or 5th tape released in the U.S. by U.S. Manga Corps.
I'm very picky about my Sigpics, even though I change them often. I tend to spend a long time looking for them, unless a friend brings a great one to my attention,
