Soooo if i had that shawl and ft3 boots along with my ft1 earring id have perma c1 pretty much that would STACK with KEI, and stack with anything i get while sitting.
And yes, a SoA would be infinitely more useful. Studies have shown that with the SOA and Trans Rod, mages hit around FT 60 or 70, and more if they have some AA abilities. just nuts.
