i feel like an dolt asking this (due to the fact everyone else seems to know but me), but, who or what are the Hammurabi? i can tell there was a set of laws, but....
A particularly crafty sea lion is befuddling the Army Corps of Engineers, who have come to believe the 1,000-pound mammal is either from hell -- or from Harvard.

Hammurabi was an ancient king who wrote a set of laws to live by.

One of the foremost was the "Eye for an eye, hand for a hand, life for a life" ideal.

ahhh thank you, i sorta had an ideal that it might be that, but i wanted to know before i opend my mouthand made a fool of myself.
