I had a ship with an ave tech level around 11.. and now I have ave tech level of 0...

My housemate has reported the same thing with the account he made too!!


but we cant find any news report of what happened!!

See thats why you gotta have high defenses, or the damned space pirates will attack ya. Plus you can't just park your ship in the middle of nowhere.

BTW: how do you effectively raise your ranking?

You wont get me, bish. You'll have to get past my 10k fighters, 30k mines and my planets defences to even take a shot at my hull points.

crap then my ship would only deflect 500 of those mines... then blow up to the other 9500...dammit... oh well time to go to my run where I make 90,000+ going between 2 planets... ....then I'll find nem's planets and blow it up with genesis torpedos (if it will let me)

Genisis torpedoes make planets, they dont destroy them, kthx.

If your average tech level is above 8 in federation space, You will be towed to a random sector if/when it updates.

I make a million going between two planets, and Nem only has one sector with five planets. Very well defended sector to boot.

But you can try and find mine. I've only got 350k fighters and 50k mines defending mine.

You're basically screwed and better start over. You should be able to buy at outposts laying outside of Federal boundaries, but you can't.
