I am an A+ certified computer repair tech, and that is my professional opinion.

95% of the dorks on the internet claim that. Show me a picture of Bill Gates rewarding your expertise with a blowjob, and maybe I'll respect your "Mad Techie Skillz"

My personal opinion, is that you had a bad experience. And are upset at them for it. I don't believe your claim. But thats simply because I have never had a problem with Dell. I don't always agree with thier idea of what the problem is, but in the end, they have always been right.

And you dont get to be a Fortune 500 powerhouse company by fucking your customers. This would be another reason I don't believe you.

I agree with BSM. The support from the manufacturer has always been more helpful than Gateway's.

Ok how many computers do you sell a day? Because I sell between 2 and 10 a day. You service how many? I usually get about 3-4 fixed and running during a good shift.

Telling me I don't know what I'm talking about is a really smart thing to do when you just said "When I put the part in myself it's a good learning expirence!"

You want a picture of Bill Gates sucking my cock? That can be arranged. We all know he's a pole smoker anyway.

dell does not make it's money off individual buys, that's just a little gravy on the side.

Dell makes it's cash, and fortune 500 status off BIG sales to corporations/distributors, and they give them GOOD service, because they're making a fortune off of it. Individual customers mean little to them in terms of income.

Btw, way to go BSM, tech kicks azz.

Look into my eyes and see that I'm smiling back.

Eh, I meant to say a good business doesn't necessarily follow good business ethics.

Maybe I should move to NC and help Fal with his...
