Two's easy to do with warrior/cleric. Just play the warrior while the cleric sits on his ass. When a heal (or maybe a small nuke) is needed, leave the warrior on autoattack to keep building aggro, and cast with the cleric.
If you're considering being a one-man group, or if you win $20 million through the lottery and want to become a one-man guild, it's best to start out with two, and slowly move up to three, four, etc.

There isnt much you cant kill with that setup =)
Warriors tend to get hit more often, but when they do it's for less damage.
Monks tend to dodge and block lots of the hits that come their way, but when they do get hit... Ouch.
Monks do more damage than Warriors, however.
