Your best bet is to really look at the paths that the bulbs are on. Once you see continuous paths and what bulbs are not ON that path... you can figure out how the line needs to be bent.

It would have about 20 minutes ago. 
My co-worker showed me the placement of the refractor and I solved it....
Then I solved 22...
23 is bending my mind a bit, but I think I'm close...
