I think Sears tower in Chicago was involved too, that has been evacuated... luckily they haven't gone after Houston...

I'm following the news coverage right now... does anyone know if the planes had passengers? The swedish news are unclear on that.

Reports here are now saying all 3 planes were hijacked, 2 from boston with the 3rd being unknown.

Also apparently there has been a fire or explosion of some kind also in the Capital building. I assume that's where your senate sits?

I just heard there was fire at The Mall in D.C., and that they evacuated the Capital building, not necessarily that there was a crash there; They've evacuated pretty much every major government building at this point.

The pentagon had a plane crash into it. 3 into the WTC the one passanger plane was a full flight possibly a 767 or large airbus so 160 or so people.

On CNN here we have listed, the WTC crash, that what looked like a US MILITARY Helicopter bombed or crashed into the Pentagon, Capital hill has been bombed Washingtonis on fire, there are reported bombs going off in NY and unconfirmed in LA.

I really don't see the point. I mean, seriously. In reality, and I don't mean to sound uncaring because this really does piss me off, this is really a minor sting in the end. But when it is found who actually did it there will be a responce that will be more than a 'sting'.

Someone in another thread elsewhere put it best by quoting the Admiral who gave the orders to attack Pearl Harbor: "We have awoken a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve."

A F-16 was seen making sweeping turns over Washington. One person commented "oh my god, they're flying aircover over washington.."

Both towers *have* collapsed.. I just fear for the emergency crews that were under them.

There is an unconfirmed report of a plane crashing south of Pittsburg, PA (quite close to me. )

Maybe, Maybe not, Think of this they Destroyed the World TRADE Towers. That is going to have a big affect on us. And if i rember right not only did the stock exchange and a bazillon other banking firms and investment firms were housed there.
