For those of you with full-time white collar jobs, how many hours a week/month do you study outside of work to stay relevant in your field?

Lucky for me, the military tends to send me to school every few years to acquire the next level of training. Those not as lucky get to do them by correspondence in their own time.

The vast majority of my research is done during work hours. I run the design/dev team for an eCommerce site.

Not much at all. This year is almost the first time I am doing something extra by making making my training supervisor qualification, which is necessary if I want to abuse exploit debauch ... train commercial apprentices in my field of work (administration).

Edit: Seriously, it's exploit.
