It has vocal harmonies, it has a keyboard...

It has Bohemian Rhapsody.

I don't care if I haven't touched Rock Band in 6 months, this is a day 1 purchase.

They're also going to be expanding on the instruments that the game can use.

Apparently there's going to be an actual Fender guitar released that the game can use as a controller allowing for more complex gameplay.

Yeah there's a "pro mode" which basically has you play the actual chords and strum.

Besides the new version every year, how many versions of Guitar Hero are there? Metallica, Aerosmith, Beatles, LEGO(!), Bon Jovi and so on.

That qualifies as oversaturation, IMHO.
