I am trying to help my son with a question he has about his DS.

He is trying to trade pokemon over the internet and I know I read once that some of you all here do that.

Problem we are having is it says we are not next to a Wifi. I have wireless internet, so I am not sure what it is asking for.

Any answers would be great. As I have only used a DS once or twice I am not sure if I a asking correctly.

have your DS search for an access point and make sure that your wireless card/router/whatever is set to allow a new connection to be made.

If I am not mistaken it was saying something like WIFI not found. This was at my house and at places that say they offer Wifi.

I will have to check tomorrow when my son gets home from school.

The problem you're having could be that your Wireless signal is broadcasting on a channel that the DS doesn't pick up...
