Seriously.

I have never been in a bathroom that I could not kick my way out of.

Well, old-timey bathrooms, like the ones you find in Europe, were actually built to withstand sieges. When neighboring factions invaded, the rural populace would gather in toilets, relying on the strong doors and the overwhelming odor of medieval feces to save them.

Never been in a bathroom with a steel door set into brick with a steel frame? I know at work when we had to replace a door because an idiot Dock Kid managed to drive the outdoor forklift into our bathroom door, I had to get this fucking mondo steel security door to meet code.
