Discussing the characters, the actors, motion capture, and a very short finished scene from the game near the end.

I need to go change my pants now, excuse me.

Not to pooh pooh or anything, but it sorta looks like Jedi Knight Re-Re-Redux

Not that there's anything particularly wrong with that, but still

I'm really glad that they are putting a lot of effort into the characters, but the whole "a droid is going to be comedy relief" came off as uninspired. However, still looks awesome.

Lucas's belief that there has to be a minimum of one goofball comedy character is pretty difficult to execute properly, even for him (JARJAR?) but it does keep the universe from becoming too melodramatic.

Perhaps I should be one of the "weapons specialists" or "acrobats" or whatever they use for these motion capture things (although no one probably wants to make a 5'8" character because it's not Hollywood enough, haha)

The game looks rather good

I don't think there any video games that revolve around rape and beating minorities, Steve.

Not recently, at least.

You know.. A lot of what they are doing looks (or at least reminds me) of the Advent Rising development.
Still this is an amazing looking game that I can't wait to own.
