I'm resting in peace.

Today is the release date for Guitar Hero II for the XBox 360. Though I don't know if this will have anything to do with resting.

It wasn't as comfortable hiding in the closet, but I had a better view.

It's sitting next to me, waiting for me to get out of work at 3:30

Do they have the wireless guitars yet? That's the only thing holding me back.

Microsoft isn't letting anyone else make wireless peripherals as of yet. The cable is really long though. And has the break off like wired 360/Xbox controllers.

Really long like 10 feet, or really long like 6 feet? Problem is that my 360 is behind my couch on the A/V rack and the cord'd have to be much longer than normal to even have a chance of working.

I just got back from the car dealer with another 595 dollar bill to my credit card, so I'm walking funny, but at least:

1. The oil's changed.
2. It's not leaking any of said oil.
3. The air conditioning works again.
4. The drive belts don't squeal any more.
5. The Check Engine light is off and it has a working EGR purge solenoid, again. Gotta make sure the air stays clean or something

Shit, that was a great start to the season. And Johnny Cash was a good song to open up with too.

Did he say "Nothing personal" just as he was walking out of the door? I turned the volume up and still couldn't hear it.

I listened to it four or five times with the sound turned all the way up and couldn't make it out, but that sounds right and makes sense.

The best part is going to be Dutch-man taking down Kavanaugh. It's going to be like little Sally Struther's killer all over again.
