Got it as part of the Verigan's Fist quest. The part where you have to protect the lady at the farm from all of the Defias. When I went back to Stormwind to turn that in, I received a shield and sense undead.

Huh. I did that quest about two years ago and got Sense Undead but upon returning after about a year and a half of not playing my Paladin it is not there anymore.
