That picture makes me think of that commercial before V for Vendetta when Deth and I went.

It was about a farmer and how he made a better scarecrow. At the end, it shows him chasing hippies off with it. Rather amusing ad.

Technically I think calling "420" over the police band means you had someone on possession of marijuana (similar how to "187" is the code for homicide, and rappers were using it in all their songs for a while there) and it ended up being used as the pothead number. 4:20, 4/20, etc. At least that was the version I heard. Of course expecting a stoner to keep something like that under wraps was doomed to fail, so I obviously heard about it in high school. A DECADE AGO.
