We may end up with a race that looks somewhat similar to orcs, but also more resembles humans, like a blend of the two.
Possibly something like what is seen in these two pictures (I'm pretty sure they aren't orcs. Not green enough for one thing, and look smaller than how most orcs are drawn).

All the Draenei currently in game and in War3 were corrupted by their planet ripping itself apart. If there are any Draenei that weren't corrupted by Draenor's destruction, then they'd look very different from the ones people have seen. It has been stated that the Alliance race's lore would bend the current lore quite a bit, and wouldn't be expected.
Many people suspect that Draenei will be the new Alliance race, but if the race didn't look like what we've seen in the game world so far, then it'd throw everyone off, and be unexpected. That, and finding out that some Draenei did manage to escape the damage that the exploding planet caused to the rest of their race would bend the lore a good deal.
It's just speculation that some friends of mine on Dark Iron and I came up with however. It doesn't make sense to put the corrupted Draenei on the side of the Alliance, as humans and such wouldn't want to deal with such hideous creatures.
Edits: I keep mis-spelling Draenei. :/

I could easily see something happening about someone having taken steps to build protection against the destruction that tore the planet apart and those Draenei within it were protected from the corruption.
