Donald Duck and Scrooge McDuck. Although Donald's in some weird outfit.

Actually, that may not be Scrooge. The Duck/McDuck family tree is fucking huge.

The second one is John D. Rockerduck. He's the main antagonist of Scrooge McDuck in Germany/Italy/Rest of Europe.

In the US, Scrooge's nemesis is Flintheart Glomgold who wears a kilt.

Also, Huey, Dewey and Louie are Donald's nephews and he's the nephew of Scrooge as far as I was able to gather.

The 2nd guy looked like Professor Von Whatever his name was at first, then I googled him and it wasn't him. So neither one looks familiar to me.
