Yep, they do. So you'll have to stand in line to get it but you'll be able to get it pretty easily then. Either spend hours DL'ing it through the shitty Blizzard patcher or spends hours standing in line. Six of one half a dozen of the other.

If anybody spreads this I won't be doing it again. (And I *will* check referrer logs.)
When fighting an NPC, if our eviscerate is blocked, it deals no damage + we lose all our combo points. (I believe it's not like this for PvP, block works as intended) This may or may not apply to other classes' abilities, such as execute. I would assume it does.
So for the folks who felt we dealt too much dps PvE, be happy

Bah, patcher was only going at 2kps for me. I would have loved 100kps.
