1. New Game (reincarnate as an entirely new person, with no knowledge of your past life)
2. New Game+ (reincarnate as yourself and go back through your life, but this time you start with all of the knowledge of what you went through before and what you have learned. While you can change the outcomes of events that affect you personally, you couldn't do anything to change large scale events such as who won an election or 9/11 or anything like that)
3. Quit (You disappear forever)

I would love to see what life could be like with a better family. If it was just another dysfuntional group of freaks I wouldn't want to be on that ride.
Continue Game/Reload from a save would be better.
Now that I know what happens when I die, I'll keep going back and trying different things with my life. All the while, getting smarter and better able to deal with what's coming. And best of all, if I totally mess up, I can just do another New Game +.
It's not an option but reincarnating as a new person but retaining the knowledge you have would be coolest.
I'm tired of living.
