Samidare, some asian shoot'em up. One of the hardest things I've ever played. The gimmick is your shields...use them to knock bullets back at the enemies, but they don't last very long and take a while to charge. Arrow keys for direction, Z is fire, X is shield. The music is damn good too.
When you download it, don't run the installer. Open the Samidare directory and run Rain.exe.
