Where can I find that hilarious short movie about what a chat room would be like if you could actually see the people? It was posted here, but I can't remember the name.

The official page has their links messed up. What you download there is a different movie called "008". Here are a couple of links I found in somebody's Google Answers post:

No, Red vs Blue was just an amusing little story created using the Halo game engine. The Parlor is the name of the skit where chatrooms are acted out live.
