Is it just me or is this not a very good ad? "Look at all these people hating on me and saying I'm just like Hitler. They arn't very nice, but I am! Vote for me!" It seems to me invoking the Hitler/Bush comparison, even given the context, is gonna confuse most people.

I think it's a great ad. Just not in favor of who they wanted it to be in favor of.
Also, note that the "non-negative, optimistic" George W. Bush still does not appear anywhere on his campaign's website, and yet Kerry appears several times. (Wait, scratch that, he appears, half cropped out, at 50% opacity on one out of three page loads in the "plz donate thx" flash ad on the right. Yah! Way to promote Bush!)
