I've had issues with that and certain media files (the access permission error, not the playback) and rebooting fixes it.
For some reason WMP or BSPlayer (either one I use) doesn't exit 100% cleanly and leaves the file marked as "in-use" which prevents moving the file, deleting it and several other things. However when you reboot all the file locks are cleared and then you can do whatever you like with it.
I have yet to find a cause or a permanent solution.
