My iPod headphone jack gets fucked up, so I send it in to get repaired. I get the box they send you about 2 days after I filled out the repair form online, and I send in the iPod. I get the iPod back about a week later (today), and as soon as I finish loading all my songs back onto the iPod, I hear a 'pop' sound and now the backlight is all fucked up. Off I go to send it in again!
