How many high school juniors and seniors do we have these days? I guess that includes freshman and sophomores who got invited too. I've got two Proms this year (gotta love having a girlfriend at a different school), but I haven't asked her to mine yet. She asked me today, and I realized that I gotta get on the ball. Obviously we're going together, but I was wondering if you guys have any great ideas? I recall making a similar thread like this about Homecoming, hah.

So I'm looking for a really great way to ask her to prom. I can get into her house and car if I have to, though her car is locked while she's at school so I would have to do it sometime when she was at home or something.

Thanks in advance guys, I know with the creative and intelligent people here at EC, I'll have something extremely memorable.

Duct Tape a mouse to her steering wheel, then call her at her house. I just think it'd be funny...

I got invited to go with a friend to prom but I had to say no because I couldn't afford the $30 (now $40, actually) it'll take to get in the door. Plus the whole prom dress thing...

I'm planning to go to a drama banquet now. That I can pull off. ^_^

I got invited, even though I'm a sophomore who's younger than a couple of the 8th graders at my school. Kinda scary, huh?

Take her to an expensive restaurant, and just as dessert is about to be brought out, get down on one knee, haul out a little ring box, and inside is a prom ticket...

ask her:
"Would you go to prom with me?"

Bite me.

No, Really. Bite me.

Steal the car seats and tell her she has to get them at the prom, and go sit on them there.

Prom came, I went, it sucked, I was glad I didnt pay. Our prom is so lame, that they KNOW its lame, and they dont make you shell out the cash.

They played a BackStreet Boys song there.

I taught a friend how to dance.

I then embarrassed said friend by walking up to another friend of mine and saying to her, "****** wants to dance with you, but he's too chicken to ask you himself. So will you dance with him?"

Then I was showing some other friends how to move in time with all the crappy rap music they played.

I danced with a girl-friend of mine, and we both discovered that while dancing with guys was hard as hell (Even though other than a couple seconds, I had not danced with a guy at all that night.), girl-girl dancing was easy. (Only reason I had trouble dancing with any guys was cause the one guy I would have liked to dance with was not there. )

And then it was over and we all went to someone's house and watched a lame horror movie and made fun of it. I think it was a Jamie Lee Curtis movie called "Prom Night"

Anyhow, aside from the IHOP incedent (I despise IHOP now), the night didnt suck as much as it could have, alhough it DID suck.

Some schools outlaw the delivery of flowers, but others do not. Find out what her school's policy is (call the office).

Sending her the invite with a few flowers (or even a single rose) during class will get her attention (and the envy of others).
