Sorta . It looks like it's just this thin covering showing skin underneath, so everyone'll go "OMG YOU'RE SHOWING BOOBAGE!" and staring before they realize it's cloth!
Used to have a shirt like that, a tank top that matched my skin tone near-exactly, save for this neato little black design on the front. I got quite a lot of semi-freaked out "OMG SHE HAS NO NIPPLES" looks from passersby in that .

Well, I WAS wearing socks and a shirt...
Luckily, right after the ceremony, they let us change, and then whisked us away for an all-night party at this resort dealy right over the border in PA. Man, that was a crazy night.
