"He was talking about maybe getting DMX to do it, who we are all big fans of." -Lars Ulrich, talking about that Swizz Beatz song with Metallica

You smell that? Do you smell that? ...Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that. I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed for twelve hours. When it was all over I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like... victory.

I grew up on Metallica. I liked them even through that Load/Reload crap. They're one of my favorite bands ever.

DMX is my favorite rapper. One of the two or three who I can honestly say I like everything they do.(Ja Rule is ALMOST up there. He has a cool song or two, but some really stupid ones too. )

A DMX and Metallica song would reduce me to sitting in my corner and masturbating twenty four hours a day. Which is pretty much my regular day, I just don't do it in the corner.

Who the heck are Ja Rule and DMX?

And do people not believe in the letter "s" any longer or something? I saw a commercial the other day for something called a Bratz doll, and then Deth told me about something called Diva Starz dolls.

And Lars was blasting rappers in that interview, heh. He was talking about how he liked Swizz Beatz so much at first because he came alone and didn't have a 5821905820958250928509 person group with him everytime he went like "you see those people having."

Mustane (not Mustang) injured his arm and the docs pretty much told him that it's over. He'll get back decent mobility in the arm, but that was going to be 6 to 9 months down the road and it would never be 100% again.

And I will take the oppertunity to state the following: Plasticaica Sucks Ass. Ever since their Black album they've been going downhill and I don't know what makes them think they can record yet another album of suck without a bassist.

I have to say...that's scary.

I grew up on and view Metallica as one of my favourite groups (heck I love alot of the stuff on Load and Reload), but the concept of them working with a rapper/rap-group...

And I view this as just another sellout move by Mettalica in my personal opinion. They know popular opinion of them has been in the gutters since "Black", but unlike other smarter bands, they refuse to die and find new ways to mainstream it instead.

Metallica has sucked since Load. They've had a few good songs since, but overall, suckage. One redeeming CD in the last 5 years is Garage Inc. "Astronomy" rules.

I am begining to hate rap alot. The lyrics are so fucked up and they insult every single race/sex possible. I really don't like listening to some idiot yell about 'bitches' and 'whores'. It's stupid and disrespectful.

Not all rap is about "bitches" and "whores". Stop listening to the bad stuff.

Like SNL said - all that rap today is about is Money, Cars, and Fellatios!

I liked S&M. That wasn't too bad, but most of it was older stuff anyway (Black and older).

I wasn't that impressed with CD1 of Garage Inc....

Listening to Snoop Dogg or Eminem or whoever and saying all rap is about drugs, 'bitches', and killing is like listening to P.O.D. or Staind and saying all rock is people whining about their childhood sucking.

Listen to new DMX(I think he used the word 'bitch' twice on his last CD, and that was about women who try to get his money) or Outkast or something to see what rap really is.(Outkast pwns. If you can ever understand what Dre is saying.)
