Frollet - a fro, usually smaller and more loose than a traditional fro. However, said fro curves down towards the back more, forming a mullet (hence 'Frollet'). The resulting hair appears to house rats and other small vermin (tho not usually) and has an amazing power for attracting women.

That's okay. He could also hide the drugs on his head under several small woodland creatures. Such as a few bears, a badger or two, and a squirrel.
