Deadeye was our first pet. His nictitating membrane (3rd eyelid that some animals have) was covering one of his eyes so he could only see out of one. He was pure mutt and a stray that dad brought home. He was found while my dad was out hunting. He enjoyed fetch quite a bit was about all I can remember. Me and my brother, tragically got to witness his being hit by a car when he escaped the house and started chasing after us We blamed mom pretty hard for that one. She would pull over and let him in the car.

Heheh, You are evil

Was in the Sauna at the YMCA. This girl had been flirting with me pretty much all summer. Wrestling in the pool and showing off on the diving board. Eventually got up the nerve to ask her to go out with me. Think I was like 13 or 14.

My dog Lady(Yes the name is unoriginal but I was young)Half Chow/Half German Shepard.

I use to wrestle with her and climb in her dog house with her.

...How I miss her...She died last year. 14 years old...pretty good for a dog I suppose.

Uh boy >_<. Puberty?!?! Geez. *eyes Nae's new whip and thinks he should answer*

Yes it did. Was a horrible thing. First of all it made singing impossible. Even though I was an accomplished musician my mom thought I was tone deaf when it came to singing. (But then I made her cry when I sang at my brothers wedding)
The worst thing I can remember is answering the phone and people on the other end confusing me for my dad (that's fine) or my Mom. Getting mistaken for my mom was annoying for a boy of 12 who had started shaving before anyone else and at 5' 10" (I'm 6'1" now). But I did use it to my advantage once. My folks had gone out of town and I deceided I wanted a 3 day weekend. So on Friday I called the school and said I was Chris' mom and that he wasn't feeling well today. It worked

Your answer propells me to ask this next question, I was going to ask it later but I might as well do so now.

You are talented musically, in what way? When did you first discover this talent?

My family has been very musically oriented. My Uncle was always practicing his trumpet down at the cabin when I was little. Most of his brothers and sisters (8 of them) all played some sort of instrument. I started the clarinet in the 3rd grade. In Jr.High I started the Bass Clarinet. I enjoyed playing that instrument alot. I got good enough that my teacher let the High School instructor know I was coming and how good I was.

He ordered a $4000 Contra-Alto Clarinet for me to use in concert situations. I LOVED it. I was also supposed to be the Drum Major for our marching band my senior year and got screwed out of it by a new band director who turned it into a popularity contest instead of following his predecessors orders.

Also as luck would have it. My home room was in the Choir room. I'd never actually sang other than to the radio before. So in 10th grade when the madrigal group would come to the Choir room during home room to practice I would sometimes sing along. Mrs. Sweeney convinced me to take Choir and off I went. I received the Gold Medal in music when i graduated (Top music student).

Now I mainly sing. Usually at church or at weddings. I love acappella groups and even barbershop.

And FYI, I've never, EVER been to band camp :P

That's easy. My Mexi-Rolls.

Make taco meat and let cool.

Get a package of Egg Roll Wraps and wrap in the taco meat along with Refried Beans, Cheese and salsa. Deep Fry and serve with my special cheese dip, (It's a secret sorry) and salsa and sour cream.

They're yummy!! And feed LOTS of people. With 2 lbs of beef I can do 24 rolls. I can eat 3 or 4 if nothing else is being served.
Have been asked a number of times to bring them to parties. But they're better fresh so I don't like pre-preparing them.

A variation is to make your own pizza rolls. Half Beef and half sausage browned with enough pizza sauce to cover the meat. Add any pizza fixings you want inside and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

*chuckles* Was kinda funny actually. I guess we met at the local college sometime the winter before we actually started dating. Guess I wouldn't say my name when she got there.

When we were formally introduced was at a friends house. She was there hoping a guy she liked would be there. I thought the friend she came with was cute. We hit it off well and traded phone numbers. Mary was bored at home a week later (she'd had her wisdom teeth out) and called me. We talked on the phone about an hour. She called the next day and invited me up to her house. She was still living w/ her parents at the time. I went over to visit in the afternoon (when my mom got home with the car) and stayed there playing games, talking and watching TV. Think I headed home at Midnight. Did the same thing the next day and asked her if she wanted to go to a movie with me the day after with some friends of mine.

As it turned out we didn't go out to the movies. We went to my buddies house to watch movies instead. So she got cold and I grabbed a blanket and cuddled up next to her while we watched the rental with my friend and his GF. I brought her home at 1am and got kissed And we've been a couple ever since.

*chuckles* Was actually a formal dance when I was in Jr. High. I took the little sister of my Cousin's Girlfriend. I kept my hands on her hips. I was too scared to try anything else. Besides the dress she was wearing was low cut enough to keep my interest. Think I was 12. Definately before the first kiss from that other girl.

Think the most fun I've had was myself (Head Ref of the field) and the manager of the field talking trash to the 15 kids that were there and taking them on. 15 on 2. Rather than using our tournament grade guns we grabbed a couple of rentals and a couple pods of paint. It's not the gun, it's the player. We took all 15 of them out. The last player being a sneaky turd who we had to hunt down. Had his gun not misfed a paintball he would've gotten the drop on me. I kept his head down while the manager flanked him.

Dad is a former Vietnam Vet and Drill Sgt. He's a By the book fellow and gets alot of respect for it in his job as a building inspector for the city. Jumpy and Self Centered we only get along somewhat.

Mom has been a nurse for all of her adult life. Her patience in incredible. She's a real cool lady. The eldest of 7 has made her wise beyond her years. My daughters adore her.

By brother is 28 and a teacher. We didn't get along real well when we both lived under the same roof. Actually we hated each other. He was rude and obnoxious and loved to tease me. (growing tall at a young age makes you cautious of those smaller than you) We really get along now. While my eldest likes my sisters boyfriend, my youngest thinks Ed is great.

My sister is only 20. She is much like her mother. A cool kid with her head on straight. The sooner she marries her boyfriend the better. That kid is quite a catch. He dotes on her like a puppy. And he's AWESOME with kids. Sabrina actually made up a song. "Caleb, caleb, I love Caleb"

My father had a fear of travelling after Nam. So vacations were few and far between. Even 50 miles away from the house was difficult for him. (He faced that fear and now travels quite a bit now) The best vacation had to be to Pheonix to see my aunts and uncle.(Dad stayed home) We drove down to Negolas (sp?) and haggled with the merchants and then we drove to Anaheim,CA to Disneyland. Our first real theme park!! We rode lots and lots and chuckled at my sister and cousin, both of them 4 years old. They jumped on the tobaggan (I think is the name) Roller coaster that had the Yeti in the caves. They came off of that quite pale. That was probably the most fun I'd ever had.

Would probably be a paintball scenario game in Northern Florida (Ocala?). It was Good V Evil. I was on the evil side (Go figure) and was given the assignment of Lex Luthor . The scenario game was fun but what I couldn't get over was the "local color" of some of the people down there. People who were hardcore LARP addicts that sat around the campfire playing instruments and drinking. And one fellow that had an obsession with "Gator Wrastlin" (And poaching). Traveling to Orlando you don't see Florida as a "Southern" state like you would Georgia or Louisiana or Tennessee. It was quite interesting to see old homesteads and delapidated shantys.

I believe that food is one of the most important things in our lives. When we think upon our childhood and all our different stages of growing, food brings with it memories. If you taste something today, it will remind you of a day in your past. A holiday or special occasion. Whenever you eat that food, you feel loved and comforted.

What food does that to you and why? Who does it remind you of? When do you really get that craving for it?

Probably Oranges. My grandfather on my dads side died when I was still rather young. I only really remember him as being a gentle giant and sharing an orange with him while sitting on his lap.

Craving for it? Hard to say. I'm not really one for cravings.
