My face STILL changes after zoning, into something resembling a porn star. I thought they patched this. In my eyes:

AC > looks > everything else

.. so this is ruining my playing experience. Did they fix this, or didn't they? Do I need to contact a GM?

I would suggest contacting a GM. Unless you WANT to look like a porn star...

I just need to know if this was supposed to be fixed. No use wasting a GM's time if it's a server-wide (or game-wide) problem.

I'll contact one if it's just me.

You go bald every time you visit a merchant, too.

Or you did last I checked.

Ask a guide about it (IN /PETITION! NO DIRECT TELLS GURGGLE!), guides like easy, low-stress petitions. Also, if it is just you, they can send it straight up to the GM for ya.

I have this problem too. Not at every zone, but some of them.

Yeah, Sora, some zones will change my whole head. Others will only change my eyes. Others won't change anything at all.

Damn annoying having to /facepick on every zone-in.

As I understand it the trick is to remove your head gear before changing your face. Then zone. Then replace your headgear.

I've not had a problem with any of my characters so I don't know for sure if that helps.

Take off any helmet.
Pick your face.
Log out.
Log back in.

Worked for me.

Life... is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless, perfunctory gift that nobody ever asks for. Unreturnable, because all you get back is another box of chocolates. You're stuck with this undefinable whipped-mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down when there's nothing else left to eat. Sure, once in a while, there's a peanut butter cup, or an English toffee. But they're gone too fast, the taste is fleeting. So you end up with nothing but broken bits, filled with hardened jelly and teeth-crunching nuts, and if you're desperate enough to eat those, all you've got left is a... is an empty box... filled with useless, brown paper wrappers.

Thanks, I'll try that, although I have non-display headgear (Ry'Gorr).

Nope, I tried both those of tricks, and my face still changes when I zone.

Guess I'll have to /petition.
