Yep sure can.... part of his script. His mission is to destroy the Claws of Veeshan.
Boy, I bet that Nagafen raid party will be surprised when they see this huge clear dragon killing Nagafen, and coming after them next.

Naggy and Vox are rogue dragons that are against the Claws of Veeshan. Not only that, but before they changed script, Naggy was trying to do the wa-wa with Vox

Dragons in Love, a new Superstation orginal mini-series!

Nope! The Sleeeper was born before the Ring of Scale existed.
Here is Snoota's little Sleeper/CoV/RoS timeline from in game texts!
-Kerafyrm is born the child of two Dragons of different colors and is found to be the most powerful Dragon ever. I've never seen an NPC mention his parents names, so I don't think they were anyone of importance.
-Kerafyrm goes a little nutso and convinces some Dragons that the leadership of the Claws of Veeshan is weak, so they start a war that is known as the 'Dragon Wars'. Eventually the Claws of Veeshan win and the 'frist brood' Dragons use their magical powers to put Kerafyrm to sleep in a special tomb, sending 'warders' to guard him for eternity. This war also caused the two gravest laws to the Dragons: Dragons of different colors are now not allowed to mate and it is forbidden for a Dragon to kill a fellow Dragon.
-Fast forward a few years. Jaled Dar becomes unhappy with the Claws of Veeshan, but instead of starting a second war he and the Claws of Veeshan part peacefully. Jaled Dar takes his family and most trusted followers to Kunark and forms the Ring of Scale.
-Nagafen and Vox join the Ring of Scale and later attempt to mate. They are found out and banished to different parts of the world. I really don't understand WHY they don't just fly off to see each other, but they don't.
-Trakanon, Phara Dar's husband(Trakanon was a blue Dragon before he got into his current state), becomes obsessed with power. As the next male in line, he knows if Jaled Dar dies he will become the ruler of the Ring of Scale. So he manipulates the Ring of Scale into a war with the Iksar, hoping Jaled Dar would be killed in battle. And, as luck would have it, Jaled Dar and the Emperor of the Iksar, Ganak, met in a huge battle over(the names escape me, and I'm not on my computer with my notes,I'm such a dork, I have notes of my conversations with in game NPCs on EverQuest history, but the Iksars utilized some sort of flying creatures to meet the Dragons in the air) the Field of Bone. Emperor Ganak and Jaled Dar fought until Jaled Dar killed Ganak, but was mortally wounded in the process and died over the Field. After the death of both leaders, both sides went off to lick their wounds. But, before this happened, Phara Dar found out that Trakanon caused the war on purpose to take over the Ring of Scale, so she banished him from Veeshan's Peak. He took up residence in Sebilis where he uses Necromantic powers(which is why he's green and rotting now) to keep alive, protected by the law which forbids Dragons to kill each other. Ganak is now a ghost in Trakanon's Teeth who sends you on a quest to kill Trakanon for revenge, blaming him for his death instead of Jaled Dar.. knowing Jaled Dar was tricked into fighting and was only defending his people.
-Seen as a great Dragon leader, the Claws of Veeshan make Jaled Dar the only member of the Ring of Scale allowed to be put to rest in their ancient burial site, Dragon Necropolis.
-Zlandicar, who is a Dragon cannibal and is only allowed to live because of the law of killing other Dragons, feeds off Jaled Dar's flesh when his dead body is transported to Dragon Necropolis. This causes Jaled Dar's spirit to not be able to rest.
-Jaled Dar blames the Claws of Veeshan for his inability to rest in peace, and dupes players into breaking into the Sleeper's Tomb(with his help) and waking Kerafyrm, knowing he will attempt to wipe out the Claws of Veeshan once awoken.
(All that just to correct someone on Nagafen and Vox being Kerafyrm's parents.. I must be bored.)
I guess the big V ain't all that bad after all.
Wait what am I saying...

Too bad big V downplays the plot by sticking it on a few innocuous NPC's and websites and utterly failing to tie the plot in with actual gameplay.
From Diku's Walthrough and the books of Iksar Lore books in Cabilis.
This is known as the Age of the Snake. The snake race known as Shissar, slithered upon Kunark. The Iksar had yet to unite. Our people had yet to learn the Black Arts and the ways of Fist and Tail. Divided, the Iksar were enslaved by the snakes. In the centuries before the Green, the Iksar were slaves of the Shissar. They ruled from the ancient city of Chelsith which rest deep within the land now known as The Overthere. From here would sprout much evil. The Iksar were tortured like Frogs and suffered at the hands of the Shissar. The Iksar who showed genius were to help the snakes in their dark rites. These few were the seeds of rebellion. The Iksar began to plot a revolt, but a greater force would strike first.
The Shissar were an arrogant race. The power bestowed by the gods was not enough. They made pacts with other gods and demigods. They found the rifts of time and space and used them to gather magic items once held by the guardians of the planes. The Shissar's disloyalty and blasphemous pride would bring the wrath of the gods upon them. No power could stop the force to come. A green cloud formed in the skies above Kunark. The could began to descend upon the land. >From it's green core, the face of death began to form. It was of no god they knew of. It opened it's giant maw and spoke in tongues unknown. From the mouth of death rushed forth a green mist. The Shissar shaman began to cast spells in hopes of shielding their city and the necromancers began to assault the mist with great weapons. All were futile. The mist rushed forth. The first snakes to be swallowed by the mist had their scales and flesh rot and fall from their bones. Horrid screams of suffering could be heard from within the mist. A river of flesh and blood flowed. The Iksar stood and gazed upon the gristle that was once the Shissar. With the Green Death came the liberation of the Iksar. [ 07-31-2001: Message edited by: Skaw ]

You didn't prove anything.
The sleeper would still seek them out to kill them just on the fact that they intend to create another like him and competition is a bad thing....

Uhhh.. what?
Nagafen and Vox weren't even ALIVE when the Sleeper was born.. they're young Dragons. The Sleeper was born shortly after the other gods put their creations into the world. Back when the only Dragons around were the 'first brood' Dragons Veeshan put on Norrath.(And even before the Coldain crashed on Velious)
And Nagafen and Vox never mated, they tried and were banished.
