jboots are nodrop, but you just have to have an alt ready to loot the items, no big deal

They must've changed it from since I last played then.

I remember them spawning in Najena, and then they were moved to a Quest involving the cyclops and some gnome..

Did they make it drop again?

He had 'em equipped in his Boots slot when I inspected him =)

nah what irritated me was the lvl 10 DE SK with full blood ember, and my lvl 27 troll was still in mostly bronze

Why dont you just wear better boots and buy some SOW potions from your neighborhood shamen? Many shamen will make the potions for little to no charge if you buy the components for them, its around 50+pp a skill point.

Cause some people feel that however many days of questing/camping is better then spending hours and hours shouting for SoW potions and spending large amounts of money.

PoF had no level limit for a week, I had a level 2 ogre SK up there for a while. Hitched a ride on one of the opening day break-ins.

(btw, lures and banes are the only spells in the game that even compete with melee damage anymore...just so ya know)
