I believe that it is Deli's webcam, it s actually some nefarious device that's evil scheme is based around horribly shattering the minds of people

We are immune to it, we have seen the horrors... but those new to the forums have not... they click a post, see Deli making out with himself and right away scream, clutch their eyes and frantically stumble around the room screaming in agony...

And back here in Windsor, sitting smugly on his monitor, Deli's webcam smiles, knowing it has claimed another victim
